1. Eligible Items for Exchange/Refund
• Only the Skelt Half Apron product is eligible for exchange or refund.

2. Ineligible Items for Exchange/Refund
• Collection items are made-to-order products and therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Shipping Fee Policy
• For exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind, the round-trip shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
